The Active Club application is operated by Narai Hospitality Group. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our application, particularly when accessing via Google (Google OAuth) and Google Fit.

1. Information We Collect (Google User Data)

When you sign in or connect to Active Club using your Google account, we request access to the following information via OAuth 2.0 scopes:

• Basic Profile (userinfo.profile & userinfo.email): Name, Surname, Email Address, and Profile Picture to authenticate you and display your identity on the leaderboard.
• Google Fit Activity Data (fitness.activity.read): We read your step count, walking, running, and cycling distances from Google Fit.
• Google Fit Location Data (fitness.location.read): We may read location-related fitness data such as distance and speed to accurately calculate your activity metrics for challenges.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use the information received exclusively for the core functionality of the Active Club application:

• To authenticate and manage your Active Club user account.
• To seamlessly sync your walking, running, and cycling activities from Google Fit to our internal database.
• To calculate your total distances and rank you on our company wellness leaderboard.

3. Data Disclosure and Sharing

We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including Google Fit data, with third parties. Your data is used solely for the internal functionality of the Active Club application within Narai Hospitality Group. We do not use your data for advertising or commercial purposes.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Active Club's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal information (including Google OAuth tokens and fitness data) from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your data for as long as you remain a member of Active Club. You can revoke access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions page. If you wish to cancel your account or delete your personal data (including all synced fitness activities) from our system, you can contact us via the form below.
